Between 2022 and 2023, Frankhan was reimagined through the Selectist vision in collaboration with Teğet Architecture and Novos Architecture, transforming it into an event venue. In April 2023, Frankhan welcomed Istanbul’s art and music lovers with its first event. Featuring a customizable movable stage system, world-class acoustic and lighting systems, the Main Room meets global standards. Alongside it, the Sound Room — a more exclusive and intimate space with limited access and part of the Frankhan brand — continues to host leading names from both the local and international scenes.
With a capacity of 650, the Main Room primarily hosts live performances, while the Sound Room, accommodating up to 250 people, presents a refined mix of entertainment including DJ sets, carefully curated live music events, and stand-up nights for Istanbul’s audience.
Frankhan is a multilayered and enigmatic project that fulfills all the needs of the nightlife and entertainment industry. With its music program curated by Selectist and series such as Are You Disco, Selectronic, Love2Love, and Selectist Block Party, it has quickly become one of the most sought-after nightlife spots in Istanbul.
In a short time, Frankhan has drawn attention by hosting artists such as Yasiin Bey, DJ Shadow, Todd Terje, Mobb Deep, Pino D’Angio, Chris Stussy, Nu Genea, Honey Dijon, Dabeull, and Folamour.
With every new season, Frankhan continues to contribute to the city’s cultural and artistic ecosystem through the names it hosts and the series it brings to life — eagerly awaiting its guests.
